這次菜式名字叫做「日式法國香草麵包煎雞扒」,很長…. 簡稱【麵包雞】。

日本很多人的Bucket list 上有在法國藍帶廚藝學校進修。回來之後才會在大城市開餐廳。法國的複雜烹調方法加上日本的專注,摘下了不少米芝連星級餐廳。

日本料理出名複雜,日本會盡量把它簡化,方便家庭烹調。跟着日本人的法國料理食譜,和市面上不同的日本調味品,會煮出不一樣的餸菜。

今次的麵包雞其中一塊有爸爸和Mia的天敵, 芫荽! 至於最後誰抽中芫荽雞扒? 就要看運氣!
